Gumdrop "Drop In" Sweepstakes — Official Rules

No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase or payment of any kind will not increase your chances of winning.

All disputes will be resolved solely by binding arbitration and entrants waive the ability to bring claims in a class action format.

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with LinkedIn, X, Meta, or any other social media platform.

By participating in the Gumdrop "Drop In" Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes"), you ("Entrant") unconditionally accept and agree to comply with and abide by these Official Rules (the "Official Rules") and the decisions of Boston Venture Studio, Inc. (the "Sponsor"), which shall be final and binding in all respects. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes.

1. Sponsor

Boston Venture Studio, Inc., 6 Liberty Square #6091, Boston, MA 02109, USA.

2. Sweepstakes Entry Period

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") and ends at 11:59 PM ET on June 29, 2026 (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.

3. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Void in Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, all other U.S. territories and possessions, outside the United States, and wherever else prohibited by law.

Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates, and advertising and promotion agencies, the participating Guest Founders, and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and household members of each, are not eligible to enter or win. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

4. How to Enter

During the Sweepstakes Period, complete the following to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes (an "Entry"):

a. Create a Gumdrop account at gumdrop.ai (free of charge) and connect your calendar; and

b. Complete the Sweepstakes entry form at gumdrop.ai/dropin, providing your Gumdrop booking link and a short response to the prompt provided on the form.

Entries must be received between 12:00 AM ET and 11:59 PM ET on June 29, 2026. Limit: one (1) Entry per person. Although subsequent attempts to enter may be received, only the first complete Entry received from a particular Entrant will be eligible; subsequent attempts by the same person will be disqualified. All Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

Alternate Free Method of Entry (AMOE)

To enter without creating a Gumdrop account, hand-print your full name, complete mailing address, email address, phone number, and the phrase "Gumdrop Drop In" on a 3" x 5" card and mail it in an envelope with sufficient postage to: Gumdrop "Drop In" Sweepstakes, Boston Venture Studio, Inc., 6 Liberty Square #6091, Boston, MA 02109. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by June 29, 2026 and received by July 6, 2026. Limit one (1) AMOE Entry per person. Each AMOE Entry will receive the same number of entries (one) as an online Entry. Mechanically reproduced entries are not permitted.

Entry content guidelines

Any response submitted with an Entry must be the Entrant's own original content and must not: be profane, obscene, sexually explicit, or suggestive; promote hate or discrimination against any group; be defamatory, harassing, or disparaging of any person, brand, or company; depict or promote illegal activity, violence, weapons, alcohol, drugs, or tobacco; or infringe upon the copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any third party. Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, disqualify any Entry it deems to violate these guidelines. Entry responses reflect the views of the individual Entrant and not those of the Sponsor.

5. Prizes / Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") / Odds

There are twenty (20) prizes available to be won. Each prize consists of one (1) approximately twenty (20) minute, one-on-one video call with one (1) of the participating Guest Founders (each, a "Prize"). The participating Guest Founders are Paul English and Lidiane Jones. Prizes are allocated as up to ten (10) calls per Guest Founder.

The video call will be scheduled at a date and time mutually agreed between the winner and Sponsor, and must be scheduled and completed within thirty (30) days of winner verification, subject to the applicable Guest Founder's availability.

ARV of each Prize: $200. Total ARV of all twenty (20) Prizes: $4,000. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

The Prize consists of the video call only. No cash, travel, compensation, investment, ongoing mentorship, or any other consideration is included or implied. Any business or other statements made by a Guest Founder during a call are personal opinions offered for general informational purposes only and do not constitute professional, legal, financial, or investment advice. Guest Founders participate voluntarily and may become unavailable; Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a Prize of equal or greater value, including a call with a different participating founder, at its sole discretion. Any difference between the stated ARV and actual value of a Prize will not be awarded.

6. Random Drawing

Potential winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period, conducted by the Sponsor on or about July 1, 2026. Selection is entirely random; the content or quality of any response submitted with an Entry has no bearing on selection. The Sponsor's decisions are final and binding in all respects.

7. Winner Notification & Verification

Potential winners will be notified by the Sponsor via the email address associated with their Entry within five (5) business days of the drawing. Each potential winner must respond to the notification as instructed within five (5) days. Sponsor may require a potential winner to provide verification information and to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility and a liability/publicity release.

Non-compliance within the required period, an undeliverable notification, or a finding that a potential winner is ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules will result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected in a subsequent random drawing. If, after reasonable alternate drawings, Sponsor is unable to verify a sufficient number of eligible winners, Sponsor reserves the right not to award the remaining Prize(s).

8. Prize Conditions

Prizes are not redeemable for cash and are non-transferable and non-assignable, except at the Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a Prize of equal or greater value. Winners are solely responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes associated with acceptance of a Prize. Only the number of Prizes stated in these Official Rules is available to be won.

9. Publicity Release

Except where prohibited by law, entry and acceptance of a Prize constitute permission for the Sponsor to use the winner's name, social media handle(s), city and state of residence, and likeness for purposes of advertising, promotion, and publicity in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, worldwide, without additional compensation, notification, or permission. This release does not grant the Sponsor any right to record, reproduce, or publish the content of the video call.

10. General / Release / Limitation of Liability

By participating, Entrants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, and release the Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates, agencies, the participating Guest Founders, and the employees, officers, directors, and agents of each (the "Released Parties") from all claims and liability relating to their participation in the Sweepstakes and the acceptance, use, or misuse of any Prize. The Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or illegible entries; for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, or delay in operation or transmission; for technical, network, electronic, computer, hardware, or software malfunctions; or for any injury or damage to any person's device related to or resulting from participating in the Sweepstakes.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor may disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or otherwise violates these Official Rules. The Released Parties are not responsible if the Sweepstakes cannot be conducted or any Prize cannot be awarded due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, epidemics, or governmental action.

11. Governing Law

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of Entrants and the Sponsor, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to any choice-of-law or conflict-of-law rules.

12. Disputes / Arbitration

Except where prohibited, each Entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by final and binding arbitration. Any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, excluding attorneys' fees. Entrant waives all rights to seek punitive, incidental, consequential, or special damages and any right to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

13. Privacy

Information collected from Entrants is subject to Gumdrop's Privacy Policy, available at gumdrop.ai. By entering, each Entrant consents to the Sponsor's collection and use of their information for the purpose of administering the Sweepstakes.

14. Official Rules & Winners List

To request a copy of these Official Rules or the winners list, send a written request with a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Gumdrop "Drop In" Sweepstakes, Boston Venture Studio, Inc., 6 Liberty Square #6091, Boston, MA 02109. Requests for the winners list must be received by August 1, 2026.
